I had no problems. Went there with my wife and we had a good experience. The food was good, and the service was awesome.

We went at about 7:30 tonight. Our waitress couldn’t stop playing with her tongue ring long enough to professionally take our order. She brought me and my son both the wrong drinks. (And didn’t put the lid on his cup all the way) The food we ordered was okay. Very average. Except that she never brought my side salad. The table next to us had issues too and even asked to speak to the manager. Manager took his sweet time coming out to speak with them and seemed extremely unprofessional while doing so. Horrible service. Our food took almost an hour to get. Gourmet price not gourmet burgers. Good but not $14 good. Bathroom toilet paper empty paper towels empty. Needs a good cleaning. Will not be returning
The host had 2 "Jon, parties of 4" and didn't know how to handle it when we both went up. He "chose" the other group and didn't say anything to us. He continued to greet new people and when we finally asked what he was going to do about us, we were seated. It was a busy Saturday night but an hour wait for just average food is too long. His burger was was wet with tomato and avocado that he only ate half. Fries were ok but cold.
I was fasting for medical tests this morning so I missed breakfast. Imagine my delight to have a burger with bacon and egg on it! Dee lish!
We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. We waited for almost 25 minutes before anyone showed up to take our drink order. We tried on several attempts to get a servers attention. They were within feet of us and completely ignored us. We had a 2 year old in our party so we're an animated group. When we did get service we d idnt get what we ordered.
