This place has really gone down hill. I could go on and on about all the “issues” but it sounds like from reading the other reviews, other customers have had the same bad experience. The service was horrible and it was extremely dirty. The food was not good and we were sick that night and the next day. We travel almost 2 hours to eat here quiet frequently and after this visit, we definitely won’t be returning.
Walked in to check in and the kid at the counter said it would be 25-30 minutes (50 minutes later), finally got seated, didn’t take long for our drinks and we put our order in. Took over an hour for our food to come which was all cold and didn’t receive anything we asked. Service was absolutely horrible!!!
Sat at the bar and took over five minutes to be acknowledged. Ordered an appetizer and took over 20 minutes. The only reason this review isn’t a one is because they had a few no call no shows so they were trying the best that they could. 90 minutes at the bar seemed a little too long but when you’re short staffed, what can you do. You be patient with your host and waitress and thank them for their service.
Place has really went downhill in last ten years. Servers don’t care and hide out in the restroom without cleaning it. Server didn’t ask how our food was until my son was already finished. Asked if they could turn games in yesterday and we were still subjected to Fox News by the time we had finished eating. Food was ok. They make you pay with the tablet thing but they don’t ever clean it so it’s a cesspool of germs trying to pay your bill unless you take cash. The food is great just the service needs to be improved more
Awful!!! Worst meal, told my waitress in the bar and the one that brought my food. Neither one cared or offered to do anything. The place was dirty and not one of the waitresses had their hair pulled back properly, so much hair flying everywhere, most everyone was sloppily dressed and unkept.
