I question the ethics of a dentist (however charming & charismatic)..or any dental clinic that tries to sell 10k worth of cosmetic work - including year long straightening on slightly crooked teeth -to me, an overweight, disabled old lady on a pension, rather than offer a more sensible & simpler treatment. Any protests were met with condescending dismissal ..& my pleas that my budget couldn't possibly stretch to this, were shutdown with the insistence that 'a payment plan can be arranged'. My 1st visit to the Red Lodge Dental Surgery was a pleasant one, went there for my 1st Dental Assessment….. very helpful Professional Staff and Dental Technicians were great, and explained the options that I needed, to lead up of Teeth Extraction, Full Dentures, and options for possible Future Full Teeth Implants….. felt at ease throughout my 1st Visit 🤗

I was contacted by the surgery as they wanted to amend my appointment based on a need to "condense the diary". I was unable to attend the revised appointment as was told I could keep my initial appointment which was ok. However I had previously tried to contact the surgery multiple times to change my appointment to which no one would answer or call me back.
