Friendly staff, clean rooms. They were very accommodating to us when we got off our cruise and let us check in early and stay late next day until our flight left. It was not much more to check in early and stat later. There are not very many ashtrays around for smokers except upfront by entrance.

I've sent facebook messages and emails trying to get someone to get in touch with me regarding the airport shuttle and no one bothers to get back to me... Seems this is the only way they'll communicate with customers. Would love to change my rating if I hear from someone 🙄
My husband is working on the Port and he also said that his room was roach infested and had to sleep with the lights on.
TRUCKERS BEWARE!!! The owner was rude and made me leave. Management would not or could not call him because he is not on the property but watching with cameras. Claims I did something wrong in the parking lot I did not. I parked my tractor trailer and went to the truck once after eating go get my bag. I’m alone not with any other truckers so if there was activity by my truck it was from the other truck drivers.
This place is dirty. We had roaches crawling around our room. When we notified the lady at the front desk all she had to say was “ok” she was beyond rude to us. The pool is also very dirty. None of the outlets worked in the room either. I wouldn’t recommend staying here!!!
