This place is great! We stayed here for 8 days, excellent place, friendly staff. I'd definitely stay here again.
I would rate it 0 if I could. Couldn’t even check in. Nowhere on the website did it say they require a $50 deposit at check in. Krystal and Danwattie wanted to argue with me and tell me it was my fault that I booked using my phone. These days many people don’t using computers and do everything on their phone. I’m in town and have to be up early for an interview, and they have severely inconvenienced my roommate and I. We are from Orlando and have nowhere to stay. what a joke this place is dirty restraunt servers rude hotel management rude still haven't received our 45 refund we used a credit card not debit card. there was hyperdermic needle all over in the mulch hallways are run down .we are at marine 84 every day cause it was more cleaner and very positive attitude from server's
horrible customer service. I had 5 rooms for my employees in town for the whole week. never again.
Buggy and they pay no attention to what we asked! Never again!
