Very unorganized,waited an hour with no pick up at Airport And now over 2 Hours waiting for Ride too Cruise Port
Stayed here for the night prior to a cruise. The hotel was clean where it needed to be clean and comfortable where it needed to be comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel. Pick up from the airport was quick and friendly. The restaurant was well priced - 2 full dinners $22- with tremendous portions and very good.
Bed bugs in the room and they would not refund my money because I had been there a few hours!!!
WHERE SHALL I START!! Made a reservation through centralized booking there was no mention of an extra $250 charge for locals when we got there today we are under mandatory evacuation due to us living in a mobile home the manager and front desk lady tried to charge us an additional $250 I went ballistic. I ended up calling booking and the lady had no clue what they were talking about and she's with corporate so obviously they're pulling some shady s*** over there. I'm a truck driver who stays here whenever I come to southern Florida. Lots of truck parking, reasonable rates and nice people. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
