YES OMG TRESSIE is HORRIBLE ! I have no clue how she still has her job ! We were there this past weekend she threatened the cops on us An was extremely rude ! Kept hanging up and then decided to not answer our calls. All we were trying to do was get information on the shuttle to the airport ! Then she wouldn’t even make eye contact with us ! Horrible customer service, there is a woman who works the night shift who is the riders person I've ever encountered.

Do NOT stay here. It is a 0 for me. The personnel is really mean and do not know how to treat a guest. They do not answer any question and treated me like if I was no one because the reservation was not on my name. Tressie was the girl who was mean to me. She gave me the worst possible experience at the hotel and treated me like a no one, when I was paying for a room. Never say there!!!! CAR WAS STOLEN FROM PARKING LOT. They would not let relatives help to stay another day till I could get a ride back home, because I didn't have ID
