Better employees!! Better management!!! This is the worst hotel ever. Spoke with someone who talked over me and didn’t care about my experience... he actually hung up in my face... called back and he left voicemail pick up. Horrible horrible horrible hotel! Do not stay.. stay away from this hotel!
Nice, clean room. Great restaurant. Only negative is the checkin process.... it was extremely long. From arrival to getting into room, it took almost an hour and a half. Long lineup, and very long time to process each guest. If everyone is prebooked, it should have been 5 mins most per guest, rather than the 15+ min per guest. No problem with airport shuttle, but unable to book cruise shuttle (overbooked), so took cab ($15+). Hotel a bit pricey, but it's cruise season and all hotel prices are inflated.
Customer service is terrible. We tried calling the front desk multiple times for our shuttle and no answer, a different hotel shuttle took us to our hotel. The facility is not the cleanest, roof was leaking into a bucket at the front desk. The guest rooms were not too bad though, appeared decent. Waited over an hour to check in because they only had one person working at the front desk.
Shuttle didn’t show up from the airport pickup. Hour long lines to check in and elevator broken, had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs.
service is horrendous. front staff are rude, unhelpful and incompetent. shuttle service is not adequate at all. they have 300 rooms and one 12 seater shuttle. wait staff at the restaurant were rude, yelled at customers, never offered water or coffee refills but charge you 18% gratuity. rooms are dirty, loud, poorly laid out. would NEVER stay here again. I suggest you don't either. rodeway inn next door is much more accommodating
Not as represented. Free shuttle service on the hour had us waiting for about 1:45 min, 9:50-11:20pm, phone rings off the hook not to be answered. We got there, 1 person at front desk checking in a line of 30 or so people. Roof in lobby had water leaking from roof into wastebasket and overall shady in appearance. Room is clean tho
