worst dirty place why it's still open
I booked a room because my I’m in the middle of moving and my house is not ready yet, the staff is super rude - I made a reservation online - then once I arrive I had to pay $217.00 deposit that I won’t get back for up to 15 days and now I’m trying to extend the room - they advised that I have to check out and pay another deposit of $217.00 - which is insane- I have two small babies under 3 years old and now I have no where to go because they will not extend my reservation because it was made online - I have to wait 15 days ... read more

My boyfriend checked in at your hotel on June 6th 2020 and a 50.00 deposit hold was supposed to be on my card. I’ve been giving the run around because 128.72 was put on hold without my knowledge or consent. Your manager biyanca Torres has been very rude and unprofessional. First she couldn’t explain why the amount agreed upon was tripled and put on hold. Then they tell me it takes 15 days now day 15 I’m told 25 business days. Poop on the seating surface of the toilet. Had two of my six hours of sleep taken away due to hammering that continued AND increased after complaining. Manager was “not there” and refused to speak to directly. Was called a liar about toilet seat. Told to send an email. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
