First of all I was told that I could leave my car there while on my cruise after staying there and that I would have free shuttle service. LIES!! I was told after checking in that I could park my car at the hotel next door that they don't offer parking. Then while arranging my shuttle service we were told we would have to pay $20 for our return ride. Abby was wonderful to work with. Extremely friendly, helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The house keeping staff was very friendly as well. Provided pool towels and let us use their microwave. Reef restaurant was good. Decent portions for the price of breakfast. Shuttle driver was very nice.

Great place to have your vehicle stolen . Our truck was stolen Friday night and they wouldn't help do shit . About so if u don't won't your shit gone don't park it here .
What a disgraceful bunch of employees. Completely unprofessional and unwilling to help its customers. I would avoid this hotel at absolutely all costs.
Nice place, good restaurant. If your a trucker beware!! They have an attendant that won’t hesitate to break into your truck and tow it while your eating in the restaurant after you check in!! Guys a real jerk and very inconsiderate.
So we did a reservation for 1 day, then decided to stay for 2 days. The second day we went to the beach, and when we come back the room was locked. Nobody told us that car hauler was not permitted on lot so they kicked us out. It's not fair. That's not how you treat your costumers.
