I'm going to give some advice to Clovis location! Don't hire little young girls! They go slow or should I say they are slow! Hire older women and guys! That's why they don't have time to do a good job because they do the vacuuming to slow and the longs lines of cars no wonder there isn't "enough time". I'm always pleased but I'm very upset how I drove my car back home!
A friend had close to $20 in quarters stolen from her console when her car was detailed. Employees are a reflection of you business .. better have a serious talk with them about having sticky fingers.
I left a very lenghly review on the google website and yelp is my next stop. I really hope they read their review's, the owner needs to hear about the piss poor service amongst many their things while my husband spent $239.00 and 3 hours of his morning there!!!
They always do a great job on my Mazda CX-5 , I couldn't ask for a better clean then what I get when I come to red carpet . Finally though I come on a day they aren't busy at all .
I understand that they have a huge line of cars to dry up but thats not the customer fault, I tip the vacuum & the dry guy so they put a littlw more effort into it but it still a sucky job, windshield is smeared from the inside, trash between the seats. Now the oil guys are a whole other thing, they always say "oh your car needs this and that" I pay it but then realize I was overcharged for things not needed, not the most honest guys I guess! Hadn't cleaned my car in months, staff was friendly car took awhile granted it was dirtier than most, but my whole experience was great no complaints! Keep doing what you guys are doing
I've been coming here over 15 years and continue to do so even though I constantly have to show the employees the spots they forgot or make them re vacuum because they forgot to do the third row seats. But today I'm done! today was a whole new level of BS! When purchasing the car wash package after my oil change, I was offered to do a priming of all the interior inside and out for my car for $14. Been going there for a few years...used to be really good,but I'll say the past year...new staff has been added...and their work is Just horrible now. The staff who wipe down the inside of the car after it gets washed do not do there jobs right at all. I always have to show them spots they missed...they leave smudges all on my windows and tell me....what is the point of taking your car to the car wash if there is still bugs all on the front bumper!???....Abali is cool and i respect him but the staff could careless about ther... read more
after 30yrs of being a faithful customer I WONT BE BACK!! They placed 3 cars aside and forgot about them for almost an hour then acted indignant that I would ask when they were going to complete it. Watched 12 cars get done that came after me. and I was an oil change client too!. Spent almost $70.00 and not even an Im sorry for the error. Asked to talk to the manager - (who would not come out). UNBELIEVEABLE!!!
