Martin took my car through twice to get the bugs off which saved time in waiting for him to scrub them off. Thank you Martin.
Not pleased, windows on inside had tape marks and suction cup marks. Road yuk behind rear tires on body. I have had better washes,not so good this time.
Quality of service is terrible. Didn't vacuum everything. Threw my floor mats around in the back seat. Had them wash the truck twice and still they couldn't clean it. Seemed no one wanted to dry it and waited an hour and a half to only have water spots on the truck. Finally I just took it and left. 2 stars is generous.
Thanks for stealing the headphones to my tv's out of my vehicle !!!
Worst service ever my car Is never fully cleaned and I get the best wash all the time I spend at least an hour there and there a bunch of thieves that steal stuff out of your car!
I got a full service wash in Visalia but an employee pooped on my back seat
It was my first time there and I have a suv. Wash was ok but came home n look throughout my car and there still trash plus they didn't vacuum my car so good I was not very satisfied with it.
I am usually very pleased with the service...no complaints at all. I like to get my truck washed about once a week and Red Carpet is the only car wash I would even think about going to.
Husband had my car washed (Clovis) while I was down with the flu, got in my car and noticed it was cleaned. Took it back for the free wash on Saturday 02/04, got in and left. After looking through my car I noticed that my car was spotless, I could see the big difference between the first wash and the second.
