I wanted the wash right under the showroom wash, but because my car isn't a luxury car, guy didn't want to do it and said the basic would be best for me. Then, I get my car and I had $2 missing out if my car. Guy said go to the front, but $2 isn't worth my time to deal with bullshit that wouldn't be resolved. On top of all that, my car wasn't even cleaned well. I still had crap all on my floors. Worst cleaners ever. Will be posting on Yelp too.

Love coming here. Have hard water spots from them letting it sit and dry in the sun for over sometimes 5-10mins. Watching it dry by it self.
This company still sells its car wash coupons with the “old” Visalia location on it. Unfortunately for me, when I go to redeem in Visalia I learn I am “out of luck” because the car wash was sold and kept all the same identical brand of Red Carpet, but changed the word “Carpet” to “Crown.” Shame on both companies for so poorly addressing customer perception in the sale and continued operations.
