They have no respect for your cars or trucks had my truck scratched and half ass washed 4 $38 never coming back to place surf and turf way better service and machinery
Great place for oil change, skip the car wash. Their ride & shine is better if you go thru youself and you don't have to wait an hour+

It's very upsetting that I can take my vehicle to get washed and your employees steal what they want out of a vehicle that is not theirs. When you were called on it it became our fault for leaving our belongings in our car because your sign says you are not responsible for it. Well in my opinion you helped yourselves to something that wasn't yours. Which is called stealing.
While I was treated well by the friendly staff explaining that I came for a smog certification and a wash afterwards. The technician told me my car failed because of a part on my car wasn't for the make and model of my car and he couldn't find it on the internet saying my car was tampered yet I was able to find the part I bought and it was (Guess what???) the right part he just didn't want to check or ask any question just get my car in and out and was rude about his explanation. I only recommend the oil change department, the car wash is a joke. When I get a oil change it come with a free wash and unless I have an hour and a half to spare I generally skip the wash. The wash itself is mediocre at best. They really need to figure the wash department because they are so slow and the job the do is below average. My 3stars is only because of the oil change department. They do an above average job and get it done quickly and very efficiently. Where do I start. Ive been a loyal customer to the ride and shine car washes for almost 2 years. After taking my car through the car wash I've noticed some black residue. I would talk to managers about it they would claim it was hard water stains from sprinklers, or they would give me any excuse to send me away without holding them accountable for it.
