It's good service. My father and I use to go here often to have the big hummer we have detailed. Until one day one of the guys were drying the vehicle and climbed inside up on the vehicle to get the top and broke part of the plastic on the inside of the vehicle, then checked to see if we were watching and i was watching he then told the other worker secretly that he had broke it. When I arrived, I specifically asked the Manager if our company had an account. She could not verify, but instructed me to pull through the wash bay instead of backing up without having to pay put of pocket. I suggest the six dollars I paid for the less than mediocre wash goes to their How to Understand English Fund.
every one there is good people just need to learn who is trying to help the company not steal from it.. I was hired on spot the same day but 2 employees were envious cause I have a Mercedes and they made a lie up saying I threatened them to get me out of there . I had to buy my own equipment like high gloss pads to dress the interior of the vehicles. I put money from my own check to make sure I had equipment to do the job better then average...
They are not trustworthy. Been there twice. Both times things are missing. The employee #32 vacuumed my car both times. Really bad he stole the libraries videos. The cost is $29.99 times 4 . Before any one bashing me the first time it was a bank card stuck between seats I couldn't reach . The second I was distracted with a very important phone call ,I even forgot to leave my keys in the car. Management never did return the call . I can't physically clean my car have to trust them at $17.99 per a wash. NEVER going back ever
I enjoy taking my girl in for a good bath. I just wish that when they're drying they would remember to air dry around my driver and passenger side windows and mirrors. I always have to ask and what happens is if I don't when you drive off water starts to drip and stain especially on a black car.
It's a great place. I take my truck every sat , morning. But lately they need to do a better job cleaning the windows and chrome rims.
Didn't wash between the console....hope next week it will be better!!
Went to Red Carpet for the first time today in years and remember why I never go there anymore. My floor was vacuumed but the seats still had crumbs on them. They did a poor job wiping down the wet car because there were still water spots all over. The windshield also still had some bugs and spots that were clearly visible. Paid $16 and definitely feel like I could have gone through the $6 car wash and gotten the same results.
