RecommendedMy truck was a mess due to it being hit by a swarm of bees. They asked if I had time for it to run through twice and it still needed hand cleaning. The girl smiled the whole time she was cleaning the grill and was friendly and polite. My truck was spotless

went to red carpet for the second time cause the first time i went they for got to clean dashboard and no scent. also windows were dirty and dirt smears on back of car. so today i told them. cane back into my car and dirty seats and floor, looks like they didnt even vacuum, water spots all over the car, spots on all windows. they let it sit there for 10mins after it came out of wash so all the spots dryed. crumbs next to emergency break. its just getting ridiculous. they used to be very good.
For the most part the job is good, just need to pay more attention to detail, especially if the wash works is costing you close to $40! Trims, window and rims should be clean right without getting the manager involved.
VERY GOOD JOB, PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY
Your car sits in the sun for about 20 minutes causing water spots. They use the same rag for the rims, outside and inside of the vehicle. They don’t apply any kind of Meguiars or armorall to the dash of the vehicle. You have to pay extra to have your mats vacuumed which is pretty dumb. You’ll always leave with some spots missed on the body and if you tell them, they’ll just wipe it with a rag without using some type of spray.
