Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays. The guys who helped me today (Gray and Zane) were very personable and even if the one I was talking to at that moment couldn't answer the question, went and found someone who could. I am very happy, and I bought some beautiful lantana!

I decidedly stopped coming to red barn for some time due to my lack of customer service. I was desperate and short on time a few months ago and had to come by. I must say, I'm really glad I did! Marty is my go to guy!!! He is super funny and extremely knowledgeable. All in all I still think the cashiers could use some work but the customer service available now is amazing! Thanks Marty
The staff was so friendly and helpful and the selection was ginormous, 3-acres! The plants were pricier than what we normally buy at Home Depot...but they come with guarantees, score!
They have everything you need here! Their pots can be a little on the high end side. I really like this place and supporting locally owned businesses. Their prices can be found on the bottom or signs. I'm going to be back here again, that's for sure!
Excellent garden center. We come back year after year and list the help of the brilliant Regina to design our flower pots. She is incredibly knowledgeable, which is great for someone like me who doesn't even know the name of flowers or plants.
I love this place. Most of the people are super helpful, except for the high school students. They have a huge variety of plants, and there is shad to wander around in. I love going her because I can always find what I want. I can also choose between a larger plant or a little one to save some money. No wonder this place has been her for so long.
Good variety, knowledgeable staff, don't have comparison on pricing other than Home Depot. Better quality and variety than Home Depot so didn't think prices were bad for the quality. Really need to compare to another nursery but can't at this time and not sure I will since this place is awesome.
very nice super cute center for Halloween pumpkins. They needed to add tea light and led lights for the inside of the pumpkins available for purchase, they did however have carving kits, but otherwise perfect. lots of great decorations, great selections of many plants. overall a must do in Austin.
