Red Barn is officially my favorite locally-owned plant nursery, due to the quality of the plants, the variety available, the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff, and the location right in town, off Hwy 183 North at Spicewood/Pond Springs. I've found some unusual decorative plants there, along with organic/non-GMO vegetable plants and seeds. The staff has given me advice on several occasions that has improved the green tint of my growing thumb; in other words, I can now grow plants without killing everything! They can get ... read more

Love this place . Employees are very helpful when I have questions. Plants are healthily not like other place, where the plants are scrawny and don't do well once planted. Wide variety of plants.

I needed garden supplies and didn't want to head all the way down to Natural Gardener. Red Barn was close and large enough to have a decent selection of plants. Everyone was really nice. Several people asked if I needed help and then left me alone to peruse. Plenty of plants and seeds. Prices seemed decent and I was able to find everything I needed. If you are looking for a big garden center that has some organic options, this is the place for you.

Thank you for the wonderful Fall Festival back in Octoberl!!! We had a wonderful time! The grounds were decorated so nice. Our little grandson loved the trick or trick candy & goodies with the jump house & awesome petting zoo to top it off! Talented face painters, too! Thank you!

Always have veggies and they've started getting more varieties. Ask for chuck if you have any questions about organic gardening.

We love the Red Barn Garden Center and purchase vegetable and herb plants and seeds, perennials, annuals, trees and ornamental plants and bulbs. I have a large backyard garden and we are currently xeriscaping our front yard. The Red Barn has been a great resource for healthy, native plants and great suggestions. I cant wait to go back.
