Red Barn is our go to place for plants and herbs. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. Plus, you get to pull a little red wagon around full of your plant needs. I like this part since my husband does the pulling and I do the selecting. (Record scratch!) Okay...we select as a team. Excellent place to meet your needs for plants and a wide variety of trees and shrubs. Very knowledge people who can help you with your lawn and garden needs.
I love that they don't charge more for organic herbs and veggies, like most other places. Staff is knowledgable (for the most part). If someone can't answer your question they will direct you to someone who can. Chuck (who's a master gardener) helped me. He was polite. knowledgeable, and directed me to a good organic solution. Excellent prices on plants, and even pots and soil, surprisingly. The place is pretty big, and caters to both indoor and outdoor plants, though their selection of indoor plants was a bit sparse. The employees were very helpful and didn't seem at all put out that I didn't have a clue what I was doing.
GIna, and Matt were so knowledgeable and helpful through the many hours we spent on plants for our yard. We really appreciate all the help.
