I LOVE this garden center! They have so many beautiful native plants. Best of all, though, is the customer service! These folks are friendly and knowledgeable. Can't stay away!!
I love the Redhead Barn garden center. I buy most of my fruit and vegetable plants there every year and their quality and knowledge are great. Their pricing is comparable to big box options but with much higher quality and great customer service.
Picked up a couple Pride of Barbados plants and a foxtail fern to plant in the yard and the plant health looks good. Prices were reasonable, and staff was over the top friendly and was more than happy to talk with us about planting times, care, and where to find particular plants (African Violets). Huge nursery with tons of selection, and lots of shade if you're looking from some 100 degree sun reprieve. Definitely would return here for landscaping plants.
Cute nursery, awesome selection of plants, the staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable about their products, I've never had a bad experience here, the only thing I may suggest would be to get rid of the cats that are wandering around the nursery, one of them is covered in ticks while the other has fleas. But over this place is amazing
I bought three plants here, they're all really healthy and great price, I love the people, they're all so friendly and know a lot about the plants. They have several spots with clearance plants which is cool because all they need is pruning. They have a huge variety of everything, can't wait to go back in October for the pumpkin patch!!
Every spring I spring quite a bit of monies at the red barn and get 20% off. My home sits on acreage w beautiful grasses, crape myrtles , lantanas, herbs, and other flowers & plants all from red barn Excellent Tomato Plants and veggie seeds too
The set up makes sense and everything is organized and beautiful. Staff is everywhere ready to answer questions, get you an appropriate type of cart, show you variations and load your car. Prices are on all plants and on the signs around the plants.
We always eat at the Red Snapper when visiting Surfside, and we have never been disappointed! The services is top-notch, and the meals are always AMAZING! Fresh seafood, awesome menu, nice environment. The last time we dined here, we arrived very late, not realizing they were closing in a few minutes....we were greeted as though we were the first customers of the day, told to take our time, and had a wonderful dining experience! Easily the best restaurant in the Surfside/Lake Jackson area.
