Have tried calling multiple times because Sprint didn't receive the scheduled payments. Every time I get put on hold and then disconnected. Not to mention she was very unprofessional and didn't seen to know what she was doing. Am going to be contacting a lawyer.

This company is a horrible company. When asking to speak to a supervisor they laugh in your face and say no one is there to take my call which wasn't true because after 15 minutes of calling back and calling back I got an inbound call center supervisor who said as much, then tried to say I was badmouthing the company when all I wanted to do was validate the legitimacy. Then after stating that and that we were victims of fraud then and only then were they more cooperative. Then she gave me their operating license number for t... read more

I believe this is a scam. I received a notices that says I owe $581 to Capital One and I can pay 50% to settle in full. I am current and in good standing with Capital One. The thing that seems fishy to me is that the name on the notice is not mine, but looks like somebody heard my name and entered something that looks phonetically similar to mine. Maybe they called my voicemail and entered a name that they thought was mine? Not sure who I report this to.

The people that work here are poorly trained to know the rules of collections they set up payment arrangements then cancel them without telling you but email you that they are pulling the money out on the dates of the arrangement them don t take the money because they want you to pay the whole bill in full. And they are very rude on the phone when you call them.

I received a letter from them for a person with the same last name and first initial as me. It was for my telephone service provider. I called and the person checked other data, found out it was not me and said he would handle it. I called my telephone provider and they verified this person was not in any way attached to my account. I called RPM again to ask how this name was associated with my address. They also said they do not use RPM for debt collection. Eric (probably the one seen in other complaints) answered and calle... read more

This place is a Scam. I have zero debt and no late payments on my credit. They keep calling and harassing me saying I owe money to Verizon, which is a fraudulent claim. After researching this company I see I am not the only one they are attempting to scam for money. Please beware of their phone calls. I was getting a call from a 425 area code.

Settled debt, but they never informed the account holder it was settled, instead sent the amount back as unpaid (and it was sent to another debt collector). Did not inform me I had debt sent with them for several months. After 4+ hours on the phone agreed to send a confirmation of payment. Then did not send it.

If I could possible give zero stars I would. The company being RPM collections. I have previously cleared my account with a different agency who reported it to the credit bureau and swiftly removed it from my credit report. RPM removed it and the following week put it back on my credit report, dropping my score 22 pts. Not only did they put it back on but now they havent gotten any of my faxes showing its been cleared through this other company. Beyond frustrated.

I called them in reference to them putting a collection on my credit report that I do not owe. It was from ****** ** saying I owed them $211. I have never had an account with ****** **. I live with my daughter and she had a 2 year contract with ****** ** from March of 2015 to February of 2017 when the contract ended. The payment was taken directly from her bank account and it was paid in full at the end. The only thing I ever had to do with it was sign when they came to hook us up because she was at work. Up to this point I ... read more
