The customer service representatives are very rude and short while speaking on the phone. I requested to speak with a supervisor and they told me she would give me the same information (I understand all that and wasn't upset), which she did and then proceeded to hang up on me without attempting to work with me or help me any further. They contacted me over a collections account that I neither denied or acknowledged over the phone. I asked them to send me something through the mail according to FDCPA guidelines and after I received that I would speak with them. 11 days later and I still haven't received anything in the mail and they call my phone at least once per day. I have continually asked them to not call until I have received something in the mail and they continue to do so.

This company is ruining my credit report. They state I am overdue on a DISH account. This is false information, the account does not belong to me. I have never had DISH service. How do these people get away with ruining people's credit? I have contacted the credit companies and they dis not remove this account from my credit report. This company is a scam. They call me every day, and usually hang up on me when I pick up. Today, the woman I spoke to was quite vile and passive-aggressive, and would not tell me what her intentions were. She told me she was going to write me down as being uncooperative, which I guess was supposed to matter to me in some way shape or form despite the fact that she accidentally revealed the wrong social security number and email addresses in a failed attempt to get me to confirm mine. If I could give a 0-star review, I would. This horrible company uses threatening tactics, blatantly lies, and has some of the worst customer service reps I have ever dealt with. If you get a call from these people, do yourself a favor and do whatever you need to do to keep your interactions with them brief, as nothing you do will satisfy their absurd demands.

THIS COMPANY CLAIMED I HAD A OUTSTANDING DEBT. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM I SPOKE TOO KELLY, **** ***** WITH A CAPITAL *.... I WAS RIGHT AND SHE AND THIS COMPANY HAVE TO LEARN TO DO HOMEWORK.... THIS COMPANY COMMITED BILLING FRAUD DO TO THE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES.....

I am the executor of the estate of a friend. She had Dish Network when she died. I was not aware of that but once I started receiving bills from Dish, I contacted them and sent them a copy of the death certificate. I was assured that the account balance would be 0 as she was deceased. Several days later I received an empty box to return the in-house equipment even though I had notified them that her house sold and I do not have access to the house to obtain any of that equipment. Undeliverable mail only! I told them to look where the sun don't shine if they expected to get 1 dollar outta me. My credit report is clear of this -- shame on them, remember karma my friends.

Sent me a bill which i had been contesting, pay half and its settled, paid in full. I am like Great! Go to their website set up and the payment for half the owed amount. All the way through i keep checking the amount. I press process payment and these scumbags had charged me the full amount instead of the agreed upon amount. Of course i have zero proof of any of this besides the letter. I had to call my bank to stop payment.. thats called bait and switch and it is illegal.
