This shady call center somewhere outside the US calls me on my work cel constantly even after I have stated several times DO NOT CALL. They are looking for someone I have never heard of. When you call them back they will not speak to you. I am reporting them to every agency I can as this is not acceptable.
A representative by the name of Eric has very terrible customer service experience. He treated my daughter like garbage not knowing the circumstances that let to her being in collections in the first place. He called my daughter a liar and irresponsible without knowing anything about her. He didn't even care that my daughter told him she is 4 1/2 pregnant. RPM placed a bad rating on my credit report saying I owe them $535 for Direct TV. I've NEVER had or done any business with Direct TV or RPM. Yet, so far, they refuse to remove it from my credit rating. This is fraudulent on their part and Direct TV. I called D TV and they agreed I've never had an account with them. They said they do use RPM for collections however. I've contacted RPM too with no results. 8-14-2017 After receiving multiple calls from RPM, with no message, I called and was told I owe $105 to TMobile on an account closed 20 months ago. I asked "what for?" and was told they do not have this information. I am now on the phone with TMobile, and the tell me the account was closed so long ago and the collection agency has the info. I was called several times by a company who would not leave a message so I finally answered the phone. They were calling for Verizon and I have not been with Verizon for over a year and never heard from anyone. I explained to them my situation and they asked for me to pay a certain amount August 31st and then half the amount every month thereafter. Everytime I tried to ask a question she would ask me for my bank card number. This happened 3 or 4 times. My questions never got answered it was as if there was a bad connection. ... read more
RPM LLC is horrible and a very Sloppily run company. We switched from Sprint to T-Mobile and got hit with the typical 'closure' costs...expected...but Sprint never presented a final detailed bill as required by law...and then RPM got involved and slammed my credit report..the ONLY thing on my report. So we set out to pay this bill before we got our refund amount from TMobil... Anyway, RPM was run so sloppy and they just kept rotating us in their system ..Hold... Hold... Hold... I paid my balance in full 2 months ago. It was taken off of my credit report. last month, it was back on my report. I called them and it was removed again. Now it is back and they said it is not their problem, by Transunions.
I have made an untold amount of arrangements for payment and they continue to call and harass me for payment. I finally told them that in order for me to pay my bill they would have to send me a statement. This has not been done and when I call I am put on hold for about 5 minutes and then hung up on. If these people are in the business of collecting debt than they need to figure out how to do it correctly.
