Terrible representatives. I called in to dispute a charge that was still being reported to my credit 4 months after I paid the balance in full, with a remaining $0 balance. After several phone calls (made by me) I was given an email address to send a receipt as proof of my resolved account balance. 3 days after sending the receipt via email, I received a follow-up email from the mail delivery subsystem stating that my email delivery is incomplete, (The response was: The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect... read more

I received a bill from RPM a few days ago stating that I owe over $5,000 to Sprint. After reading reviews below, I see what scammers they are. I've never had an account with Sprint. Where in the world would they get my name and address to send me a bill for something I don't owe. There must be a better way to stop this face company from doing this.

Today, Friday, May 15, 2020, I received a letter from the RPM company telling me that they need to collect money for T-mobil. I immediately called RPM to understand what was going on. I called at 6:37 pm. I am still waiting for a final receipt for an account with T-Mobil. From them I have never received a letter, a final receipt or a call. When I decided not to have T-Mobil services anymore and move to ATT they just said they would send a final bill for the last month Of service. I even contacted T-Mobil last month and they ... read more

Worst company!!! Sent my payment that I owed by check and then a had received call from this company regarding the balance I owed. I informed the rep that I had already mailed my payment by check and I would assume they would be receiving it any day. Rep then told me I could give my checking account info as well as the check number I used and she could take my payment electronically and once they received my actual check it would be destroyed as my account would be noted that it had already been paid by electronic check. I t... read more

Called and asked for me or my bf but only asked for us by first name. First thing the guy says is "I assume your so and so". We don't have any debt or bills that are in both our names so that's the first flag. When my bf asked them who they were the idiot on the other end gave his first name but refused to identify the company he was calling with. 2 flags. When pressed to state the company, the "collector" told him "fine, you deal with on your own" and hung up. Sure, that's going to get people to work with you. We have liter... read more

OMG so annoying..... They use an automatic dialer (ADS) that calls and leaves no messsage. Today, I received 5 calls. I returned the call where a nasty young man said "the calls wont stop and they are not harrassing as we have a purpose of calling". He is wrong. Once you state "Cease and Desisit" they must cooperate. I am going to file with the Federal Trade Commission as a nuisance and bothersome company. Realizing the employees really dont care, the principals of the company will when more reports are made. The Fair Credit... read more

I contacted the company to settle a debt and the business agreed to identify my account and credit report as "Settled in Full". I have 2 letters and a copy of my credit report supporting my argument. This company does not honor their agreements and has selfishly accepted my payment without accurately reporting the transaction. I filed a dispute with TransUnion a few times- a process that takes an exhausting 30 days each time. Receivables Performance Management has replied that the information is accurate even though their re... read more
