This company is actually very friendly and responsible. I'm not proud to say that I've dealt with collection agencies more than once and usually they are pushy to say the least and resort to foul methods to get what they want -- even if you're an older lady like me. They don't care about you as a human being. But not Receivables Performance Management. I set up a payment plan that works for me and I even missed a couple but they were really cooperative and helped me out.

Receivables Performance Management, LLC is a company that's dedicated to giving back to the community. As a long-time employee of RPM, I'm always uplifted by the contributions from RPM and its employees. Obviously, you don't really wanna have to deal with being in collections or deal with an Accounts Receivable service at any time in your life. But receivables performance management was a company that worked with me from the outset. I never felt like I was being judged and we both work together to reach an amicable conclusion.

Dear Customer Service Personnel, I do not owe any creditor any money but received a notice from ******* report showing that I have a collection of $32 from RECEIVABLES PERFORMANCE MGT/AD, 20816 44th Ave W Ste 100, Lynnwood, WA. Please note that I've always paid my bills in full and on time, even bills with several thousand dollars. This is nothing more than a ******* fraudulent scam artist trying to rip off people's money and ruin people's credit. I will not fall for this cheap trick from these low life scumbags. I have received calls from this company every day for a week. They are for debt that belongs to a family member that no longer lives in our household. I've told them to stop calling, yet those calls come in every day. I'm not forwarding the calls because I think they have no business harassing us to gather information. This is a bad, bad company and I'm on a DNC list (do not call).

Make no mistake, this is a debt collection agency and it's not typically for happy or good reasons that they contact you. As far as debt collection agencies go, this one is one of the more personable and easy to work with. They are out for your money, simple as that. There really is nothing else to it, it's their job to collect on a debt. I recently notice a 463.00 amount on my credit report. from RECEIVABLES PERFORM MGT/AD I do not owe this money and this company is a scam

SCAM ALERT - this company stated that we owed ****** 28.75. When I called and stated that I needed an actual bill, they said that it was an error and ****** had taken the case back. We haven't had ****** for over a year and ALL of our bills were paid. They obviously hope since it's a small amount that people will just send it in. This is criminal!

Please be advised that I settle my debt in full with RPM February 02/01/2018. However, to no avail was it reported to my creditors. The full amount still exist on my credit reports from each bureau. This organization is being reported to Better Business Bureau for negligence and false intentions. It is not fair to any consumer who is in compliance and a scamming organization abuses their rights.
