This collection agency typically buys paper from other unknown sources. Unfortunately they operate illegally flaunting the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. In my case, i definitely dispute a debt which american express ruled in my favor, and RPM as they are known refused to validate it in accordance with the law. Just received a call from this company and it was very difficult to understand the person and when I asked who was calling, she was rude and curt.

this company calls multiple times a day, not saying I owe anything, or really anything at all. They mostly just want my information, and when I refuse to give it (no reason given) they hang up.

EVERY time I call this "business" someone answers and speaks so fast only to say Hold Please and cuts me off and puts me on hold. I tried calling back and as soon as I said "ma'am" they cut me off and put me on hold. I spent 33 minutes of my life on hold and NO ONE ANSWERED. Every 5 minutes it would ring a few times then it goes silent. Another 5 minutes go by then silence. For 33 minutes! Coincidentally, when I said "this is ridiculous" the phone HUNG UP. I just got a call from this company about 2 minutes ago. I cannot believe how I was harassed after immediately advising them that I am not a company, and they have called a personal cell phone; a wrong number. If they call again, I will advise them to remove my phone number from their calling list, and if I get one more phone call from them, then I will be reporting them. In an attempt to collect a debt from a person with the same name as mine. After the operator disclosed for whom the debt was being collected and the amount owed, I was finally able to explain to him that he had the wrong phone number. I then called back to ask how they'd gotten my phone number I was put on hold. I called back was put on hold again, and then hung up on twice more. I just want to know how my phone number has come to be associated with the account.

Just received a call from someone with this company. He was RUDE from hello. He wanted me to confirm my personal information BEFORE he would tell me what the call was about. His tone was unprofessional,rude,and downright hostile. I do not appreciate this company and it's tactics.

I paid my debt back at the end July. I asked to get letter stated it was paid . They told me they would send something with 10 business days. Never received anything and called back 2-3 weeks letter. I got put hold 15-20 each time to be hung up on multiply times that day wasting my time and getting different information.
