Just appeared in collections. No phone call, email or bill. I thought this was paid. It is over 7 years old. How can they start the count over?
This company keeps calling my residence anywhere between 6:30 and 8:30 a.m. every day!!! I live in AZ we don’t have daylight saving time. Shouldn’t you know who and what time zones you’re calling? Also we never have had DIRECTV!!!!!! I’ve had cox cable for over 9yrs
This company is a scam. They call people saying they have outstanding debt to a phone or cable company. Multiple instances of a customer not owing anything but being hounded by these people for money they do not owe- even threatening to turn off cable or effect the persons credit score. Countless recollections of same experiences posted on various review websites such as yelp. DO NOT ANSWER A CALL FROM THIS COMPANY.
