RecommendedI live at Jefferson School Apartments, and I am more than satisfied with the new management. I am surprised with the speed and efficiency that they put into fixing problems. They have done in three months what previous management was incapable of doing in four years. Jo and Kipp are always very nice and considerate and never lose patience or charisma despite having an immense workload. I am very thankful for them.

RecommendedI would give this place a 5/5 stars. I love the new management company! Jo is awesome! I haven't had any problems and the maintenance team is great! I love that the apartment has washer and dryer in unit along with a dishwasher! I think the apartments are cute! neighborhood is pretty quiet!
