RecommendedThey are always professional and always get right back to us if we have any problems. Ray is one of the maintenance personnel and he is always so very nice and professional when he comes in our house and always do a great job. There is also another maintenance person named Ron who is also very good. We are always very happy when we see them at our door
Updating my review from a few years ago. Since RPMW changed their management a couple years ago, our agreement has been entirely smooth sailing. Prompt and timely with maintenance requests, and Dakota has been an absolute gem to work with. Five stars for Dakota alone.
Zach is such a wonderful property manager!! He is very quick to reply and so attentive to our needs. I can tell that he really wants to make sure we are happy with where we are living. He has also made the application and monthly payment process so easy!!
I have had many request and all are done on time and so professional the guys are amazing nice professional and do great work do great job with covid guild lines and always leave with a satisfied client thank you guy for all of it

I have been working with Tasha Heaps in getting an issue resolved with our property. Although I was extremely frustrated with the situation and thought there was no resolution, Tasha remained calm and professional and was able to solve our problem. Thank you Tasha for all you do to help your customers.
We use RPM to manage all our rentals. Easy to work with and great in house maintenance. Tasha Heaps does a great job keeping up with our rentals.
Ray, their plumber that came to fix my disposal & front outside faucet was AWESOME! Great guy, fast, efficient and pleasant!
I applied for a house and the only time I got a response was for my credit card information the n nobody would answer until I messaged on Facebook I have asked to cancel my application after I finally found out we were down the list of applicants nobody answers the phones it returns emails or texts
