I've changed my review. Nate and Brandon who both actually work for Real Property Management have made contact and are working well with me. It was their third party "Maintenance Line" that was less than helpful. I understand the time of year, July, is rough for A/C and they have done their best to help with expectations. Thank you guys!
We have houses all over the nation and Real Property Management is the best! They manage 5 out of 5 properties for us. Two in Utah and three in San Antonio Texas. I'm so glad we found the same company to help us in both locations!
We have been renting from RPM for about 3 years and our experience has been amazing. I love the friendly staff and the fact that if there is a maintenance issue it gets taken care of quickly. I recommend anyone that is looking to rent to use RPM.
