RecommendedThey're new to being property managers at my apartment complex. So far they've been extremely helpful. Dakota is responsive to messages and Ray, who does maintenance, is extremely nice and competent. He comes when he says he going to and fixes the issue without problem.
Their response to my maintenance requests was very fast and the guys were very nice.
They need to learn how to communicate. We have been trying to resolve an issue with door and mailbox keys since we moved in six weeks ago. They have given us the run around and now won’t answer our texts or phone calls. We are extremely frustrated.

The staff at Jefferson School Apartments is very friendly and go above and beyond to help if there is a problem. I feel that they care very much about their tenants and go out of their way for them. we are happy we choose to be here. Jo, Kip, and the rest of the staff are top notch in our book.
