RecommendedReal Property Management is very timely with their responses. They make being a tenant easy!
They charged me for a maintenance request without any prior notice. They didn't give me a quote or ask if i'm okay with the fix. A week later, they just add it to my rent. They are unwilling to provide an invoice. My guess is that they're trying to make money by fraudulent means. Why else would they refuse to give us an invoice(after multiple call,texts,emails) ?
What about ensuring that there's heat and water in the building. Unethical, irresponsible, gutless cowards. Avoiding tenant phone calls.
I would say they should get an ENTIRE NEW STAFF!! This company is awful! No one should rent from them unless you want to be frustrated all the time. I had to fix everything myself, they are super rude and it's not worth it. DON'T DO IT!
If there were only a way to give zero stars. If you are looking to rent I can promise you that this company is the worst possible solution. We lived there for two years and they NEVER came out when we called. We moved in to an untamed yard and we were expected to clean it up. Walls were not patched, stains on the carpets and we had to repair our own broken pipe! Now of course we are being held responsible for that. This company is HORRIBLE if you ever have any other option, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
