To anyone looking to rent from Real Property Management. DONT DO IT. They nickle and dime'd us hard core over batteries missing and lightbulbs needing to be changed. Also 160$$ to replace a PRODUCE DRAWER in the fridge and 600+$$$ CLEANING FEE even though we cleaned when we moved out! Not to mention we asked them multiple times to fix the leaky kitchen faucet and even a leaky fridge yet NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!
Living at Jefferson apartments is great! Great location for downtown access, as well as freeway. Parking and garages are available. Management is very helpful and professional.
I had called Tasha and then filled out the online repair request form many days prior to the plumber, Ray, arrival. Yet, no one from the office bothered to call me to give an update. Our main bathroom sink and bathtub could not be used for over a week. I had to call back and express my dissatisfaction over voicemail because nobody answered. Real Property Management at Jefferson School Apartments were good to work with and responsive when we were able to reach them. they accommodated our needs and responded quickly to grounds keeping issues.
Very friendly and prompt service. They don't micromanage their tenants and they care about them.

For my property owner friends and potential tenants considering renting their property in Salt Lake. Avoid this company! We lived in Cottonwood Heights on Bella Vista for seven years. We were NEVER late with rent and took really good care of the home. Every year the company missed our lease date by MONTHs. We literally had to track them down to sign a lease.
