I purchased a house around the lock down period. Nothing but a good experience from start to finish. My property was built to a great standard and I’ve had no issues. Steve is always a pleasure to deal with.

Avoid at all costs! Purchased a new build property in 2020 and after moving in, some of the builders left tools and other items outside of our house in an unsafe way, unfortunately a stack of plastic pallets fell and damaged both of our cars causing hundreds of pounds of damage. Despite promising to claim through insurance and fix this once lockdown was over, Steve and Lorraine have ignored us and gone radio silent despite us trying to reach them on several occasions! Shocking customer service and really disappointing.
We purchased a property from this company back in June 2018, and straight away it was obvious that we had a leaking shower screen that was causing damage to the flooring and surrounding areas and water marks on our lounge ceiling. Instead of replacing the shower screen and sorting the problem, they have made us endure 18 months of bodge jobs and ignoring our e-mails forcing us to correct the problems at our own expense.
