The people you call and talk to are super nice and helpful, the people they sent to transport my car were horrible. It was a lease pickup (FYI DONT EVER EVER USE HANN FINANCIAL!!!) - I called, and told them after thursday. They said I would get a call thursday to schedule it. I did not get a call until 6:30 at night, to which I told the lady (nicely at first) that it would not work. I had to leave... She said no, she would be to my house in 15 minutes. Horrible company! I'd give them zero stars if it were an option. I thought I'd pay a little more for shipping then my local guy would have charged to make things simple and fast- boy was I wrong. They are incompetent idiots who have taken over a week to get a truck that's only two hours away!! They still can't tell me when it will arrive... Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company

Wow, two weeks to get a car delivered here from these people. Worst transport company I have dealt with to date. I buy a lot of cars and have used many transporters, these guys will never be used by my business again. I bought two cars, about the same distance away. One I bought the day after the one that Ready shipped. The one I had Ready ship took two weeks to deliver, and the other one took three days through a different hauler. Their contracted driver damaged our vehicle on the transport, but the company rep says that they don't want to do anything about it. I will be using another transport company for all our future transportation business if RAT doesn't want to make this right.
Zero communication. False arrival promises. No calls back. Worst company I've ever used.

I bought a 13 Highlander March 3rd 2016 they promised to have it in Virginia 5-8 days, I still haven't seen the car, and its march 21st, 2016 even though they say its on its way, I've called they say sorry for the mistake but its still sitting in Ohio,the buck keeps getting passed,Next time I will send my drivers and be $$$ ahead by far, Crown auto sales, Orange va
