I have used Ready 5 times. 2 of those times they were over a week late with transport and this LAST time I called 3 weeks in advance, Gave them the perimeters as far as a delivery time and date and now it is a week later than it was suppose to be delivered and the car has not even been picked up. Horrible customer service with e only explanation being :" we don't guarantee delivery days" well then you should have never agreed to it and made my customer upset.
