This company is owned by Cox Automotive and as a transporter I can assure everyone that it is just as difficult for us as it is you. And as we have been made very aware by unhappy customers they have a tendency to blame the transport companies. Everything is sub-contracted and there is always a delay internally with units getting dispatched to transporters which lengthens delivery time. Made an order 6 days in advance. $2,700 load with Ready Logistics. Told them that I didn't care when the load was delivered to me, just that if it wasn't picked up by the 6th day at the pickup location, that $520 per day storage would start. They missed the deadline and will not help with storage at all. I could understand if I made a last minute order, but I feel that 6 days in advance was more than sufficient time. I was being charged $170 to transport my vehicle and they posed it on Central Dispatch for $100. It got canceled by 3 different trucks because they wouldn't lower their profit margin. After being told the vehicle would be here on 3 different dates and never happened, I got it moved in 10 minutes with another business.

Can you give a zero. Absolute crap for service. I am stuck paying a storage fee for a vehicle they did not pick up when they said they would pick it up. Same thing I have been reading from everyone else, i suppose. 3 to 6 days to pick up. 7 days later I am paying a weeks storage for their incompetent business practices. Asked that my credit card be credited back and the service rep acted as if she did not even know how to do it. This is gonna be a pain in the ass. BBB here I come. As a dealer we are not impressed at all with the communication and delivery services they offer. We were gave a estimate of 10 to 14 days for a car to be shipped from Florida to kansas. First we were told it was going to be here on Tuesday, then the driver got sick so he couldn't pick up the car so delivery was on friday, which is understandable. Summer colds suck lol. I really want to give them 0 stars but it's not possible. Booked with them for Range rover from FL to CA, been waiting for 14 days and they still haven't picked up the car. Absolutely worthless customer service, they don't follow up, when you call, they have a standard answer "Our dispatch team is actively working on it." Only book with them if you have a month or more.
