they just delivered 2 bmw's for me, worked out great!
Don't ever ever use these guys, I bought a 30k car with a two week gurantee, I was told the car would take 3-5 days here, well we are now on day number 16 and nobody knows when my car is getting brought out. I get told they've called, they havnt, I get told they email, they havnt I've been told the car is en route and it's not. So many lies no truth whatsoever. As a dealer I've used a lot of transport companies and this is hands down the worst I have used in the past three years. I used them simply because I was in a hurry to get a vehicle from Houston to Dallas (roughly 300 miles) as quick as possible without having to call a broker. It was originally scheduled to be dropped off the 28th, then the 30th, and now the 1st. All this with ZERO communication between the company and myself. Horrible experience all around. My vehicle received 12k worth of damage due to an accident during transport and not even a phone call to tell me. I called on the scheduled arrival date and was told that the vehicle was in an impound lot waiting for an insurance adjuster. They had no further information and told me to contact their insurance company. I even had to ask for them to credit back the fees and charges since they never delivered the vehicle.
