My car has been promised to be delivered to me every day for 4 days now, yet no one can tell me where it is. Truck is broken down. Not sure where. I am reporting my car as stolen. No one calls back. No one cares.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If you're buying a car from a dealer that uses them...Go Somewhere Else!!! They are a glorified middleman. They contract out work to the lowest bidder, and you end up with the lowest service. The vehicle I purchased was shipped using their services but a third-party transporter and it was damaged in the process. poor customer service would not return phone calls and was very rude on the phone
It used to be a good company to haul for with friendly people. But it's just another Cutthroat company.
I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone since I placed the order last Monday. Office number still says they are closed today.
I have now been waiting for 10 days for a van from San Antonio to to Missouri and it still has not left San Antonio. Been calling for week and can get nothing done. Now weekend is here and this "logistics company" has NO ONE in office or in call to assist customers with issues. If and when I receive my vehicle I will update this post, but at this rate don't be looking for that anytime soon.
Absolutely terrible.. still waiting for a call back from them.. I've called for 3 days now.. they told me multiple times the didn't know where the car we purchased was ....only that the drivers truck was broken down .. but one "supervisor" said that they could send another truck to pick up the car.. then I was told the driver wasn't responding to them.. I kept calling speaking with different people .. and they would always say ,"I'll call you back" .. well I'm still waiting .days now... the only info that I get is from the d... read more
