Terrible service, took my order to move 30 cars and trucks for a price almost 60 days later I still don’t have all my cars. I have to call them every time. Terrible service!!! If can use somebody else to move your cars!!

I am surprised at all of the negative reviews. My experience was awesome. Quote came in $160 below competitors, truck picked up a day earlier and delivered 3 days earlier than original estimate, communication with driver great, and customer service from Jan G. fantastic.

We have been on and off the phone with them all day to get set up! Yay set up is done! Then we start to call to get 3 cars booked for us to pick! Say on hold for over an hour, got hung up on 3 times and now back on hold after being transferred! Not once but twice today they have kicked us off the load board to where we can’t look at cars! Having to move 15 cars in 60 days is impossible if they don’t answer the phone or they tell you “ well you might have to wait on hold for an hour and half to get a load” and then the load i... read more

Using Ready Logistics for the first time and definitively last time too (7 cars for about 300 miles) , so far they have changed my delivery for the 5th time, Also, If I was connected in any way with Manheim I would distance myself from this "business", stay away from them unless you enjoy in being lied to and cheap excuses.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST!!!!! Delay after delay after delay!!!!! spoke to the company Saturday because the vehicle they were shipping was over 5 days late. Was told they were going to compensate me for the shipping because of the delay. Today ADOLFO their manager called and said he wasn't going to stand by his employee but would deduct the shipping bill by $50.00 WOW thanks for the insult!!!!! But by seeing the reviews I guess this is normal business practice!!!!!!

This place is horrible I am disgusted by the service I received by this company. Adolfo told me everything was going to be ok..... And guess what Adolfo lied like the snake he is. I will never ever get service again from this Mickey mouse operation.
