This is the worst transport service out there. They will bill you for cars they didn't even pick up and when you prove them wrong, they still won't credit or issue a refund. I have a bill of lading from another transport company with my inventory managers signature and they still won't Honor it. Worst experience ever!! Wouldn't use them again if you paid me. Horrible service

Stay away, vehicle was suppose to arrive in 8-10 days, and as of today it hasn't even been assigned to a shipper. Customer service is a 1 star, ive been promised updates for the last week, but they have not helped out. Manheim auctions who recommends this company has been no help at all. Stay away find another company to do your moves. They also charge you up front, it looks like ill have to fly out and get the car myself and also be out the shipping money. Very costly mistake.

As a Dealer I get that things come up! I’ve been waiting since Saturday for my Escalade to be picked up and delivered to my location.. Mind you it’s only 3 1/2 hours away.. Still NO SIGN OF MY CAR! I am LIVID! Never again will I use this company to transport vehicles, I’ll send my own drivers!

1 star is a gift in my opinion....Customer Service?...I'm pretty sure they don't know what that means at LR. I was promised an expedited delivery after a blunder in the paperwork. 15 days later I'm still waiting for my car, meanwhile, the customer is about to walk and I'll be left holding the bag, and paying the fees!!...I asked to speak to Bob Taar the VP of Sales, but apparently, he doesn't take calls he just takes messages. I'LL NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!

If I could give 0 I would. Ready used to be a pleasure to work with, but something changed. You cannot actually reach anyone with this company! No wonder there are so many dissatisfied customers reviewing this business - I'm certain if transporters have an issue that they cannot report it to get the message to the customer!!!! I have been on hold for 44 minutes waiting to speak with someone. This is after I got fed up earlier after 27 minutes. Awful experience. Booked and paid the charges and signed all documents required. 7 days later still battling with lousy trucker assigned to this shipment and was forced to cancel. Now I'm stuck with paying storage fees and finding an emergency trucker to get my vehicle out or auction. Would never recommend this company to even my worst enemy. You guys should some some sign of responsibility or close up.

I would give the 0 Stars if possible. They do absolutely nothing in terms of customer service. I have had so many issue with them its ridiculous. I talked to a supervisor and he basically said to go kick dirt when it took over 2 weeks to get a car here from state over (360 miles). When I ordered through ACV they canceled a load three times and ACV used Cars arive instead and ACV ate the bill. Last week the same thing happened with a plow truck I ordered

Great group of guys. This team was customer oriented, on top of their game and true gentlemen. I had a car transported from Knoxville, Tennessee to Ozark, Arkansas. Job could not have gone more smoothly. Two satisfied customers and a job well done.
