So many times I come here and every single time I leave I remind myself to leave a review… This pharmacy has to be the worst in Berks county they constantly fail at providing good service. Long lines, one register open, the pharmacist takes their time, miscommunication. I call refill a med one person says it I’ll be ready in a hour I come 3 hours later and they say it’s somewhere else and hasn’t arrived. They play a lot of games with peoples medicine. They need to shut down and close!!!
Finally smart enough to switch to these folks they are happy, wonderful and easy to work with
It used to be a good pharmacy now every time you call the people that answer the phone are miserable! God for bid you should have a question or ask about a medication or a refill. They can’t be bothered. I’d even went in person and they were extremely rude .I really didn’t wanna complain, but this has been going on for months now. I even spoke to a couple of my neighbors that use this pharmacy and they said the same exact thing.I’m switching pharmacies!
Was in the wrong building and security assisted my 78 year old Uncle Raymond and I in locating the imaging department successfully. Thank God for everything
