Patty was very knowledgeable and kind. She talked about the property and was very helpful on details re: the surroundings and possible things to consider when purchasing a particular property. All in all myself and family felt a great connection with Patty and would certainly use her to buy a home.
I actually conducted an interview process with five different realtor companies. Ken was the last. His knowledge of Rohnert Park and Sonoma County real estate markets, trends and resources are beyond impressive. We hired him on the spot. If we consider $35,000 to fix section 1 of a pest report in the COVID-19 issues Ken, and Remax, made it happen and got us a 21 day closing with the offer over Our asking price. It just doesn’t get any better than Ken Schrier!
