Our experience with Eddie Stevens was a good one as far as buying a home goes. Eddie was very professional and easy to work with. He met with us often in the evening hours due to our wacky work schedules. He responded to our questions quickly and never made us feel dumb because of our lack of real estate knowledge. He kept a positive attitude. The whole time we worked with him and we world send him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Eddie helped us buy our dream house in Napa! We were looking at houses in Santa Rosa area at first and Zillow assigned us to Eddie. Eddie was super helpful taking us to multiple properties even at night after we get off work. Eventually we found this property in Napa that we really like so Eddie drove from Santa Rosa to Napa to check it out with us multiple times and made sure we can get it at the price we wanted. Eddie was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He was proactive about looking for homes that fit our needs and also responsive in regards to showing us any properties we found independently. Very detailed assessment of our options before we listed. Guidance through the process was excellent. They also had to deal with our buyers realtor, she wasn't as knowledgeable and experienced. David and Erika had the resources to make our home look fabulous and people remarked on how awesome the video and photography were. I highly recommend them.
