Patty was fantastic! She knows her business and can help with every detail on a home purchase. She and her team were responsive to all my questions and provided answers in a very timely manner. They responded outside business hours too which kept the process moving along so we could close on time. Things flowed very efficiently and I thoroughly enjoyed her personal communication style and high energy, hands on approach. Excellent realtor who provides a high level of service.
We met Michelle at an open house, when we first started thinking about moving. We instantly hit it off. She called us the next day, and already had homes in our range. Ms Moore made my 1st time buying process easier than I thought possible. She negotiated with the seller and mortgage broker to the point our rate was lower than expected! Very friendly and answered questions promptly even on the weekends. Amazing and if I am ever in the market of another property I will not hesitate to call her again
Michelle is the best! We met an open house and she is so friendly and personable. She really helped us through our long and difficult escrow because it was a complicated escrow. She was very knowledgeable and genuine and spend extra time helping us with contractors and design ideas while waiting for our house to close. I highly recommend her.
