Patty was just amazing on our recent home purchase. Bought and sold many homes! Ken is the best! He is knowledgeable, calm , smart and will hold your hand through a traumatic purchase. He knows the entire area so well and is even able to help with tradesman and suppliers for your new house. Even after the purchase he has been there every step of the way their our renovation! David and Erika were very easy to work with and very down to earth at the same time. We got an offer before it even got published. Jennifer went out of her way to be helpful in every way. I was 200 miles away and she constantly updated me. Gave names and numbers of people that could help me, if she could not. I absolutely recommend her.
Eddie was very thorough and made selling my house easy and painless. He was responsive to any questions that I had. He also was able to help resolve problems when I was not immediately available. He kept me up to date with negotiations as they progressed. From listing the house to closing took about 6 weeks. I would recommend Eddie to anyone looking to buy or sell in the future.
Great knowledge and guidance from David and Erika, as this was my first foray into the process. I would definitely work with them again or recommend them to a friend.
Dominique was great to work with. She was super patient with us as we worked through the process. In the end, we ended up finding a place much faster than I thought we would!
