Great team, awesome experience, I highly recommend David and Erika to anyone in need of real estate professionals. We met with the Rendino's last year to plan for our sale, they were highly recommended to us by one of my clients. When time came, they sold our house in a few days, their photographer was excellent as well.

Both my fiancé and I loved working with Patty Moore! We were first time home buyers in a crazy seller's market and she made the process much easier for us. We had previously spoken with two other realtors who were not a good fit for us, so we were very excited when we got in contact with Patty- she is very responsive and knowledgeable.

Patty is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She want to make sure you find a good deal, and She really care about hers clients as well as the community and neighborhood. She always responds when you contacted her. She is a great person to work with she will find your home in a short time.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with both a purchase and sale of homes with David and Erika. They helped in finding support for technical issues as well as staging the house we were selling in a most professional and artistic manner. As in most stressful times concerning large amounts of money, we really appreciated the quick responses to our questions by phone or text. Not having to worry due to lack of communication was just wonderful. We highly recommend their services.

Ken and Susan are AMAZING! They worked both the sale of our old residence and the purchase of our new home. The process was full of challenges and took several months to finalize everything.
