Eddie is a great Real Estate agent in Sonoma County area. He is very knowledgeable about the market and market conditions, he was very helpful when I needed information and/or consultation on just about anything related to the sale of the house, and very responsive from the very beginning and until the very end of the sale cycle. It was a pleasure working with him, and I hope to work with him in the future again.
Words cannot describe how wonderful Dominique has been. She helped me buy my home. Walked me through all of the obstacles with time and care. Never, ever, did I feel rushed or pressured. When I decided to sell, she was the only one that I would have in my corner again. . She took the same time and care. Priced it perfectly. Negotiated a price $15,000 above the ask. As first time home sellers, my brothers and I relied heavily on Eddie's expertise to prepare, market, and sell our inherited property. We couldn't have enjoyed working with Eddie more, he's a brilliant charasmatic guy. And we chose wisely, because once we put our property on the market, we sold for quite a bit above asking and closed faster than we thought was possible.
