Eddie, helped me negotiate for the home of my dreams. Patty is great. She is personal, friendly, and responsive. She helped us look for a house for over a year and never gave up on finding us a home. She was supportive and explained everything to us in detail. She walked us through multiple offers and was always caring when things didn’t go as planned. She remained determined even when things felt hopeless. Finally the 7th offer was lucky and we got a home.

We had such a great experience from start to finish! Even after moving out of state, Ken continued to keep our house ready to show--taking care of yard and hot tub maintenance!! And, if that wasn't enough, he found our next two realtors for us. We have purchased 2 different homes in different areas of Tennessee and have been extremely happy with Ken's finds!!
