We were able to get the house we wanted at a price we liked. Documents were processed quickly. Everything went nicely. Eddie was flexible in making availability for us, which was nice as we had an hour drive to get to opens and walk-throughs.

When it comes to impressively competent realtors, I can't recommend Eddie Stevens as enough. His personable professionalism and expertise is immeasurable. The Rendinos just completed the sale of our Oakmont home in Santa Rosa CA. Oakmont is a 55 and older community, so real estate sales there contain some special considerations. I was buying my first home with my significant other, and Eddie was our agent. He was beyond amazing! Just bought my dream house with the help of Jameson! The home was originally 625 thousand, Jameson negotiated 90 thousand off the house and I was able to save tens of thousands of dollars! I chose Kent over others by it is know he isn’t expert of this neighborhood. He told me what to expect, he was patient with me and kept me up to date with everything. His updates were very reassuring. He also knew the area market really well so that the house sold very quickly. Highly recommend!
